You should pay attention to this when setting up your home office

Especially in the short autumn and winter months, it is very important to get enough daylight. The ideal workplace, therefore, has as much natural light as possible. Place your desk as close to a window as possible so that you get the most light. Natural light is the best lighting for working productively. You remain more focused with natural light than with artificial light. Artificial light signals that it is dark outside, making you sleepy. When you are still working and it is getting dark, you also need sufficient and good lighting. Provide a central lamp that illuminates the entire room well and brightly, and a separate desk lamp for extra lighting on your work. This way your workspace remains well lit.

A practical tip, but not unimportant. Working from home should be comfortable. You can read how to achieve this on the next page!
